Use the service lawfully
You may use B4YouSend to submit and manage reports about your own experiences with online vendors. You must not use the service to impersonate another person, harass someone, upload unlawful material or knowingly submit false information.
Your report
You are responsible for the information you submit and for confirming that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. A report is an account of what happened from the reporter's perspective and is not automatically proof of wrongdoing.
Evidence and private information
Only upload material that is relevant to the report and that you are permitted to provide. Avoid including unrelated passwords, authentication codes, full card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
No guarantee of recovery or outcome
B4YouSend does not guarantee refunds, recovery of money, criminal investigation, legal action or any particular outcome after a report is submitted.
Report handling
B4YouSend may request more information, close reports that cannot be completed, restrict misuse of the service and make reasonable changes to how reports are processed.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The current version will be posted here.
